In the early days of the Backrooms, most wanderers in the Backrooms only cared about survival, gathering resources, and hopefully find an escape in this dreaded place known as the Backrooms. However over time some have settled in and called this place home creating the first communities. As more and more start to settle the Backrooms populations grew and with it civilization with it. People soon start developing unique ways to adapt to the Backrooms anomalous properties, entities that were once nightmares became less dangerous and the Backrooms became less strange.
Generations of people have lived their entire lives without ever seeing the light of the Frontrooms. Soon the Frontrooms became a myth a legend Backroomians tell to their children, a mythical world where humans are said to originate from. I mean if you were the tens of billions of people in history who's entire lives only saw the Backrooms wouldn't the Frontrooms seem like an almost strange place? Though as survival has no longer become the main issue, new challenges arose. Soon humans start to turn against one another, war and politics soon followed. Civilizations rose and fell, humanity started having ambitions and dreams in the Backrooms, the backrooms was no longer a place of dread but a place to mean many things for the people who call this place home.
What is Backrooms Future?
Backrooms Future is a backrooms canon that takes place in thousands of years in the future of the backrooms. No longer are people just trying to survive and escape the Backrooms, generations have grew up in the backrooms and billions of people have called it home. It's there where the Backrooms started mirroring our world, the building of nations and empire, wars and conquest, technological and scientific advancement, all inside the anomalous worlds of the Backrooms. In this canon many levels are no longer filled with small settlments but now entire countries each developing unique ways to survive in this place. Many new entities were discovered over the years including sentient entities that now live amongst humans as people as well as powerful deity-like beings. While some dangers of the Backrooms are now a thing of the past new dangers arose that come with large civilizations in general. Along that are new levels, lots of new entities, new objects and more.
